Feel free to go your own way if you prefer, but note that the 3.5 Fallen Dormant SIVA Cluster is only available in the Sepiks Perfected strike because the boss arena is closed in patrol mode or during other missions, and you'll need to be on The Wretched Eye strike to gain access to the 3.3 and 3.4 clusters, too.
